Looking For Die Cast Supervisor

1. Supervise and manage die casting machine operators and floor workers

2. Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are achieved

3. Ensure proper setup and operation of die casting machines

4. Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/wastage

5. Handle die changes, troubleshooting, and minor machine issues

6. Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns

7. Ensure proper use of raw materials and control material wastage

8. Maintain production reports and documentation

9. Ensure safety rules and PPE compliance on the shop floor

10. Train new workers and guide team members for better performance

11. Monitor furnace temperature and metal pouring process (if applicable)

12. Improve productivity and suggest process improvements

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of die casting machines (HPDC/LPDC)

2. Understanding of moulds, dies, and casting defects

3. Leadership and team handling skills

4. Basic knowledge of quality control tools

5. Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

6. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
