RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVICE ENGINEER PROFILE-1. RESPOND TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, EVALUTES & RESOLVES PROBLEMS OF CUSTOMER ASSIST IN INSTALLING THEBLOWERS.2. PROVIDING SERVICE (REPAIR, MAINTENANCE & TEST TASKS) AND CAUSTOMER SUPPORT DURING FIELD VISIT.3. SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF BLOWERS.4. COMPREHEND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND MAKE APPROPRIATE RECOMMENDATIONS / BRIEFINGS.8. BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS.
