Identify slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete stock and take corrective action.Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead, supervise, and control storekeepers, supervisors, helpers, and loaders. Define roles, responsibilities, and daily work allocation. Ensure discipline, productivity, safety, and adherence to rules. Train staff on inventory practices, ERP usage, and safety norms.
