Experience :- 4 Years To 6 Years relevant Experience

Job Description:- 1. To check drawings. 

2. To check BOM as per the drawings.€¯ 

3. To prepare indent of material, as per approved BOM€¯& check availability

with the store.€¯ 

4. To ensure proper flow of production with respect to drawings and check

resources.€¯ 

5. To carry out stage-wise inspection of the job€¯as per internal QC and

approved QAP.€¯ 

6. Make necessary arrangements for dispatch of the job.€¯ 

7. Ensuring proper housekeeping & safe working environment on the shop

floor.€¯ 

8. Should be able to achieve the production targets.€¯ 

9. Co-ordinate with third party inspection.€¯ 

10. Handle the contractor teams to achieve production dispatch on or

before the desired€¯date & time.€¯ 

11. Should have knowledge of welding and weld consumable.€¯ 

12. List of equipment€™s to be handled: - API storage tanks, columns, pressure

vessel, heat exchangers, reactors (agitated) etc.€¯ 

13. Should have knowledge of construction material for all equipment's.

14. Should have knowledge of ASME U stamp procedures to execute the

job on the shop floor.

15. Should have knowledge of plate layout preparation in AutoCAD.€¯ 

16. Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes like forming,

materials, cutting etc.€¯ 

17. To prepare & achieve production plans / flowcharts.
