- Create, optimize and manage product listings
- Uploading high quality images
- E-Commerce campaign management - Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase sales and visibility
- Achieve sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights to management
- Coordinate with marketing and designing team to ensure compelling product descriptions and images
- Monitor seller accounts on E platforms & resolve listing issue
- Oversee shipment tracking and reconciliation, ensuring efficient inventory at fulfilment centres
- Block sufficient product quantity for E-Commerce platforms
- Handle inquiries from pro-sellers and to resolve them
- Rectify MOPs on E-Commerce Platforms
- Stay updated with latest E-Commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities
