Hiring Purchase Manager For Remote

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the procurement team to ensure efficiency and performance

Expand procurement categories through a strategic sourcing approach

Handle procurement P&L, including cost control, budgeting, and margin improvement initiatives

Manage sourcing and procurement activities, including imports and supplier negotiations

Evaluate sales and inventory data to support demand forecasting and identify growth opportunities

Support new product introductions in line with business strategy and assist in product development

Drive cost optimization, track supplier performance, and ensure quality standards are met

Improve procurement and import processes while ensuring regulatory compliance

Define and monitor procurement KPIs aligned with overall business objectives

Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure smooth execution

Support hiring and management of procurement team members as required

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in consumer product purchasing

Experience in managing procurement categories

Ability to lead teams with KPI & KRA tracking

Basic understanding of P&L, cost control, and budgeting

Experience in vendor sourcing and negotiation (including imports)

Understanding of inventory management and demand planning
