Education qualification:- Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA / BSC Computer science background preferred)- 1 to 3 years of experienceDesired skills:- Self motivated with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu.- Ability to provide responses from simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight.- Past experience with ERP support- Exposure to working in Startup ecosystem is desiredJob description:- Responsible for providing effective and timely resolution to customer queries.- Responsible for providing support via call and via chat- Should align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company- Escalate necessary cases to the right team- May be required to perform other tasks as assigned- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumesRequirement: Someone with an Electrical/Mathematical Background preferred.:Candidates staying in Bangalore.
