To perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections on electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and assembled devices. The role ensures zero-defect manufacturing and adherence to company standards and electrical safety regulations.Visual Inspection: Inspect PCBs and assemblies for soldering defects (e.g., dry joints, bridging, solder balls) and missing, misaligned, or damaged components.Functional Testing: Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and custom test jigs to check the voltage, current, and overall functionality of circuits.Defect Logging & Reporting: Identify, tag, and segregate defective or rejected materials. Document defect types and maintain daily inspection logs.
