Conduct regular checks to ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients.4.Time Management: Efficiently manage kitchen operations, coordinating the timing of food preparation to meal serving schedules and minimize wait times for 5.Team Leadership: Oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance, support, and training to maintain a cohesive and productive team.
