This is just the beginning and were looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we scale to the next level as pivoting our entire business model to build for the future and for this next chapter, we are looking for a Chef who can join us as a true partner in shaping what comes next.What this role means:In the early stage, youll do everything thats needed: from developing SOPs and creating new recipes with us, to cleaning, prepping, and handling daily kitchen tasks.As we grow, youll grow too into a Head Chef and Team Leader who runs kitchen operations, trains the team, and sets standards across outlets.Youll be responsible for innovation, execution, and leadership in equal measure.Who were looking for:Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience (South Indian food experience is a plus).A startup mindset no job is too small.
