key responsibilities:

preparation: prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. this includes but is not limited to soups, snacks, salads, main courses, side dishes..

planning: collaborate with management to plan and create menus that offer a diverse range of options, catering to various dietary preferences and requirements while maintaining budgetary constraints.

ity control: maintain standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. conduct regular checks to ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients.

management: efficiently manage kitchen operations, coordinating the timing of food preparation to meal serving schedules and minimize wait times for

leadership: oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance, support, and training to maintain a cohesive and productive team. delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.

ntory management: monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment, loading and unloading kitchen needs. place orders as needed and ensure stock rotation to prevent wastage.

nliness and sanitation: maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, sanitation standards and conducting routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
