The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and experience in Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisine, including Tandoor dishes. This is a full-time in-office position suitable for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, specializing in Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines. Your expertise in these areas will be essential for offering a diverse menu.- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food served to guests, maintaining high standards for taste and aesthetics.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to streamline food preparation and service, fostering teamwork and efficiency.Required Skills and Expectations:The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients. Good communication skills are important for working effectively within the kitchen team. A commitment to food quality and safety is critical and previous experience in a caf setting is advantageous.
