Looking For Export Documentation Executive

We are looking for Documentation Executive - (Import/Export, Sales & Purchase)in Ahmedabad location

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred and mandatory in Import/Export Documentation, preferably within the Commodity Industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling complete import and export documentation, sales and purchase documentation, import filing, checklist preparation, shipping documentation, and coordination related to import/export operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and maintaining Import & Export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Shipping Instructions, and related documents.

Handling complete import/export documentation and ensuring accurate filing and recordkeeping.

Preparing import checklists and ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.

Coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs, CHA, suppliers, and customers as required.

Handling documentation related to sales and purchase transactions.

Maintaining KYC documents and ensuring proper documentation records.

Preparing MIS reports and maintaining accurate data.

Working with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other reporting functions.

Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Ensuring compliance with applicable import/export procedures and documentation requirements.
