Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and asset records. Operate and manage Zoho People HRMS. Prepare HR reports and MIS (attendance, leave summary, headcount, etc.). Draft and circulate company announcements and HR communications. Handle employee queries, concerns, and HR-related support.
