Compliance assistance to new joiners for - PF, Gratuity, etc. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies that promotea healthy work environment. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring qualified job applicants for open positions;collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competenciesrequired for openings. Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications. Implements new hire orientation, employee recognition and employee engagementexperience is a must have. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters;disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity,recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
