As HR to Solve HR related problems like Hiring, Orientation, Tracking, Employee welfare, etc.

As Production Manager to Plan, Schedule, Track, Review the 3d Projects coming into the Studio.

Role

Understanding and participating in the vision of the company - its goals, its practices and over all mission

Literal understanding of the overall pipeline and workflow of what Xigma does and the clients they serve

Searching Candidates as required & Positing them according to Xigma norms

Tracking Employee Activities & HR management tools regularity

Salary calculation & Dispersal

Minimum Admin works related to Daily office needs

As Production Manager

Understand projects requirements & scheduling availability of Time & Team accordingly

To project weekly Revenue Audits based on planned projects as targets & Push the 3d team to achieve the same

To follow up after the project conclusion & take care of bill raising

To monitor that all the Artists are following the Management tools used for tracking & Planning at every interval of time

Great to have

Strong passion towards art of film making, painting, photography, CG films/games and Architecture

Good English speaking skill, oratory skills/articulation ability to convince smartly, meaningfully and with logic

Extremely good problem solving skills

Documentation skills
