Key Responsibilities: Drive project-based marketing for facade systems (Glass Facade, Windows, Metal Cladding, etc.) Meet and present to architects, builders, contractors, and consultants Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Handle target-based field marketing and lead generation Deliver effective one-to-one presentations with excellent communication Explain technical offerings clearly and confidently to non-technical clients Coordinate with internal technical/design teams for proposals and project follow-upsCandidate Requirements: Male/Female, preferably a Graduate in any stream Minimum 1 year experience in project marketing or B2B sales Strong convincing ability and target-oriented approach Excellent presentation skills, especially in one-to-one communication Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance Prior knowledge of building materials or facade industry will be an advantage
