Your responsibilities will include:Client Consultation:Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements.Provide expert advice on destination options, travel itineraries, and accommodation choices.Itinerary Planning:Develop customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget constraints, and travel restrictions.Ensure itineraries include a variety of activities and attractions to meet diverse client interests.Reservation Management:Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.Confirm reservations and provide clients with detailed travel documentation.Destination Knowledge:Stay informed about global travel trends, visa requirements, and local regulations.Provide up-to-date information on various destinations, including cultural highlights, attractions, and local cuisine.Customer Service:Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.Budget Management:Work with clients to establish and manage travel budgets.Source cost-effective options while maintaining high-quality standards.Collaboration:Coordinate with travel partners, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals and services for clients.Problem Resolution:Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the travel process.Sales and Marketing:Contribute to the promotion of travel packages and services.Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract new clients.Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and travel details.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Creating itinerary and planning holiday packages.2. Ticket booking from B2B portal (GDS knowledge: Not required)3. Generating invoices and follow ups with clients and vendors.4. To maintain all online/offline queries such as flights, hotels, cruise booking and car rentals5. Fast communication with clients and vendors about quotes and bills ensuring accuracyExperience And Knowledge Requirements1. Experience in Operations management of 1 to 2 years ( Freshers also Can Apply)2. Knowledge and ticketing Flight, Rail, Bus, and Cruise3. Knowledge about basic accounting (preferably travel tourism)4. Tech-savvy, ability to navigate through various booking websites5. Best skills in Email, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Sheet and MS Office6.
