Roles and Responsibilities:Handle Inbound Calls:Receive inbound calls from prospective and existing patients seeking appointments, account inquiries, or general information about our services.Provide Information:Answer patient queries regarding eye care services, treatments, surgeries, and any related issues.Appointment Scheduling:Schedule appointments for patients with doctors according to their preferences and needs.Appointment Reminders:Make reminder calls to patients about their scheduled appointments to ensure attendance and reduce no-shows.Data Management:Accurately maintain call logs, patient data, and appointment information as per company protocols.Technical Support:Assist patients with any technical issues related to online appointment bookings or website navigation. Escalate unresolved issues to management.Quality Assurance:Adhere to our Quality Assurance standards and KPIs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling, customer support, or call centre roles is preferred (1-3 years).Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a plus but not mandatory.*Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
