Take leadership in the placement process of trained students from CareerSure Academy and prepare them for placementsResume prep, Interview prep, solving students issues etc.Emails to students, warnings, improvement plans etc to make them succeed in interviews.Work independently to identify potential new leads (organizations who will hire talent from us at no cost), build lists, and do the initial outreachSchedule discussions, email follow-ups, and create proposals to clients (Companies) Lead Generation, Cold Calling &ConversionsHave conversations with existing partners and stay abreast with their needs and feedbackMake sure all information is up-to-date and available to key stakeholders in sheets Learn and experiment with new tools to help drive insights from the dataWork in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student successWork with students when needed to guide them in reaching the employer.Extensive internet research across job portals and networking sitesAbility to deliver under pressure
