Maintain extensive knowledge of current developments in the business market. Identifying all potential clients per commodity & region & developing comprehensive client knowledge & database. Analyzing data and reports to assess market trends and competitor activities in an overseas market and also preparation of BOM, PPTs & reports. Manage all communication via email and calls with clients/customers, and can properly handle the emails.
