Appointment Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patients attend their scheduledappointments and address any questions or concerns. Appointment Reminders: Send appointment reminders to confirmed patients to reduceno-show rates. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential patients,appointments, and interactions in the clinic's CRM system. Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed performance targets related to appointmentbooking and patient engagement. Patient Feedback: Gather feedback and suggestions from potential patients to improveappointment booking processes and services.
