1. Graduate/ Postgraduate with B.Ed.; should have a good academic record.2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in (Grades 1 to 5) reputed CBSE schools.3. Possess good interpersonal and intra- personal skills.4. Leadership qualities; should be able to lead a team of 20-25 teachers.
