The Tele caller will play a vital role in generating leads, building relationships with candidates, and achieving enrolment targets.Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective candidates via telephone to introduce our educational services and programs. Engage with candidates in a professional and courteous manner to understand their educational goals and preferences. Provide detailed information about our educational offerings, including courses, programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. Answer incoming calls from candidates and address their inquiries promptly and accurately. Guide candidates through the application process, including assisting with form submissions, document collection, and scheduling appointments with educational counsellors. Follow up with candidates via phone calls or emails to provide additional information, address concerns, and encourage enrolment. Collaborate closely with the admissions team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Meet or exceed individual and team enrolment targets and conversion rates. Stay informed about industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings to provide up-to-date information to candidates. Undergraduates. Graduates in any field.
