This position not only provides a platform to kickstart your career but also offers the potential for growth within our organization.Responsibilities:1- Engage in proactive prospecting and networking activities to identify potential clients2- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.3- Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.4- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics through continuous market research.5- Present and promote CMG Worldwide's import and export services to prospective clients.6- Assist in the preparation and timely delivery of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.7- Participate in negotiations and contribute to finalizing sales agreements, terms, and conditions.8- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.9- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports to management.10- Stay updated on competitors' activities and market trends, identifying potential business opportunities and making recommendations for improvements.Requirements:1- 0 to 5 years of experience, we are open to hire freshers and experienced candidates.2- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills with a strong commitment to achieving targets.3- A basic understanding of import and export procedures and regulations is a plus.4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Research & Development of International Customers- RFQ Generation- Leads Generation- International Travel after a building a base- MS Office Operations, Basic proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, AUTO CAD and PDF- Fluent in understanding different Accents- Fluent in English- Familiar with Electrical Product Knowledge- Keen Learner- Knowledgeable about Electrical Products LED Lighting, High Mast & Poles, Cable Management Accessories, ELPS
