Client & Shopper Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for mystery shoppers, keeping lines of communication open and smooth throughout the projects lifecycle. Team Coordination: Work closely with teams such as researchers, analysts, and shoppers to ensure all elements of the project are executed seamlessly. Quality Control: Keep track of project progress and quality, making adjustments where needed and holding regular check-ins to ensure everything stays on course. Data Review: Go through mystery shopping reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on findings. Project Reporting: Deliver status updates and final reports to clients, emphasizing key findings and outcomes. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in how we conduct mystery shopping and suggest better methodologies.Goals & Outcomes: Ensure a 95% project completion rate within the first two months. Grow the mystery shopper database by adding at least 100 new candidates every month. Adhere to internal standards for managing project documentation and processes. Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.Process Expectations: Respond quickly to communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype) with minimal delays. Miss no more than 20% of incoming calls. Keep the mystery shopper database up to date and accurate. Provide timely, detailed reports as required.Performance Metrics: Project completion rate: 95% or higher. Monthly database growth: 100+ new shoppers. Adherence to communication and documentation requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the mystery shopping or market research industry. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Capable of managing several projects and deadlines at once. Comfortable with data analysis and report preparation.
