The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintainingrelationships with clients, and expanding the company's market presence through directfield visits.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.- Visit retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and distributors to promote products.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Present product catalogs and explain features, pricing, and benefits.2. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally.- Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.3. Market Research:- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Provide feedback to management regarding product demand and improvements.4. Order Management:- Collect orders from clients and coordinate with the backend team for processing.- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.5. Reporting:- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Maintain records of visits, sales, and client interactions.6. Product Knowledge:- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and product lines.- Educate clients about new collections and offers.Requirements:- Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Textile)- Experience: 2-7 years in field sales (preferably in fashion or textile industry)- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to travel extensively- Basic knowledge of MS Office- Good understanding of local marketSkills:- Sales and persuasion skills- Relationship management- Time management- Problem-solving ability- Self-motivated and target-drivenSalary Range:INR 22,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience) + IncentivesBenefits:- Travel Allowance- Performance-based incentives- Career growth opportunitiesWorking Conditions:- Field-based role requiring regular travel- Flexible working hours depending on client visits
