Position Title: Sales Head

Job Summary:
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales strategy,
driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with
clients in the fashion and textile industry. The role requires a dynamic leader with deep
industry knowledge, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular training and development programs.
- Monitor team productivity and provide performance feedback.
3. Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
4. Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning.
5. Revenue & Profitability:
- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability of sales operations.
- Monitor pricing strategies and margins.
6. Coordination:
- Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Present updates to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the
fashion/textile industry.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garments, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
