Responsibilities will not be limited and will include1. Customer Support:**a. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone and in-person.b. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and technical assistance.c. Coordinate with customers for service appointments and machine delivery schedules.2. Machine Inspection:**a. Conduct regular inspections of machines prior dispatch.b. Identify and report any issues or potential improvements for the machinery.c. Coordinate with the technical team for more complex inspections or repairs.3. Training:**a. Provide training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.4. Assembly & Repair:**a.
