Responsibilities will not be limited and will include
1. Customer Support:**
a. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone and in-person.
b. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and technical assistance.
c. Coordinate with customers for service appointments and machine delivery schedules.
2. Machine Inspection:**
a. Conduct regular inspections of machines prior dispatch.
b. Identify and report any issues or potential improvements for the machinery.
c. Coordinate with the technical team for more complex inspections or repairs.
3. Training:**
a. Provide training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.
4. Assembly & Repair:**
a. Assist with the assembly of machines as and when required.
b. Provide technical support and perform repairs to machines, ensuring minimal downtime for
customers.
c. Coordinate with the repair team to resolve machine malfunctions or breakdowns.
5. Marketing Support:**
a. Assist the marketing team in preparing product demonstration
6. Other Duties**
* Perform any other tasks or activities as required to support the customer and ensure customer
satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Should have technical background (diploma or ITI)
Atleast 4 years of experience in machine assembly, customer interaction.
Prior experience in customer support, machine assembly, or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency with machines and repair processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites for training and installation.
