Job Summary
An Inbound Domestic Customer Care Executive handles incoming calls from customers within the country, resolving queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from domestic customers
Provide accurate product and service information
Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Achieve performance targets (call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati)
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Experience
02 years of experience in customer service or call center
