Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Monitor and analyze the performance data of solar energy systems using monitoring tools and software.Identify any deviations or issues in energy generation and system performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components.Fault Diagnosis and Repair:Respond to service calls and customer inquiries regarding system malfunctions or issues.Conduct thorough fault diagnosis to identify the root cause of system failures or performance issues.Repair or replace faulty components, such as inverters, sensors, wiring, or connectors.Test and validate system functionality after repairs or replacements.Customer Support and Communication:Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding solar energy system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing regular updates on service requests.Offer recommendations for system optimization and energy efficiency improvements.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, repair logs, and spare parts inventory.Document findings, diagnoses, and solutions for future reference.Generate service reports and submit them to the appropriate department
