Based on the complaint register and the nature of the complaint service call will allocated to the service Engineers and the same to be informed to the customer .In case the timelines are not met need to inform and get the customers concurrence about the changeRegarding Installations, Inter acting with the dispatch team and sales support team need to be planned and executedMaintaining the Service records of the service done and installation executed.
