Field Sales Executive

Complete responsibility of running the team and infra at the branch of Panvel. On weekends, handle clients himself. Personally handle difficult customers. Ensure that the coordination between marketing, sales, legal, and collection is smooth. Pull into the organization the best sales talent available in the market.Motivate the team to ensure that the sales targets are met. Responsible for the branch revenue. Ensure the team performs as per the targets and the branch is growing and profitable.

Sales Manager- Real Estate Exp.Proven experience in real estate transactions, with a focus on closing coordination.Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and closing procedures.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and tools.proper site visit process
