Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional strategies for campaigns. Utilize exceptional convincing skills to close sales and influence key stakeholders. Build persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client. Handle objections effectively and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and support sales efforts as required. Flexibility to work on weekends, especially during peak sales periods, events, or urgent campaign rollouts.Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years in sales, with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments. In-depth understanding of the beauty, skincare and FMCG industries experience preferred. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Open to frequent travel and working on weekends as needed. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
