We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef 1 with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our kitchen team at Holiday N Holiday Beach Resort & Spa, Havelock, Port Blair. The ideal candidate will assist the kitchen staff in preparing delicious meals while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and help in cooking under the supervision of senior chefs. This includes chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and following recipes with attention to detail.2. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards for taste and presentation. Regularly check the freshness of ingredients and maintain consistent food quality.3. Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by following health and safety regulations. Regularly clean workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a safe food preparation environment.4.
