We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Textile Supervisor to oversee textile production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production team and ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage textile production processes and ensure that all production targets are met.Oversee the production team and ensure that all staff is performing their duties effectively.Monitor production schedules and adjust production processes as necessary to ensure that production targets are met on time.Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our high standards.Collaborate with other departments such as design and marketing to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations.Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are in stock and available for production.Ensure that all production processes are safe and comply with health and safety regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.2+ years of experience in textile production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of textile production processes, including dyeing, weaving, and finishing.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of production staff.Knowledge of quality control processes and experience implementing them in a production environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications for this role.
