Cook and present a variety of Continental dishes (pastas, gourmet sandwiches, salads, and grilled items). Craft specialty coffees (espressos, lattes, cappuccinos) with consistent milk texturing and basic latte art. Manage prep and inventory for both the kitchen and coffee station to minimize waste. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards across all food and beverage preparation areas. Clean and maintain equipment, including daily calibration and deep cleaning of the espresso machine.
