Job Summary We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who is fluent in Marathi, knows basic Hindi, and can understand simple English. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, vendors, and leads to explain our products, take orders, follow up on deliveries, and support our sales team. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Calling & Support o Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. o Answer inbound calls related to product inquiries and order status. o Maintain polite and friendly communication in Marathi. 2. Order Coordination o Collect customer orders over the phone and share them with the operations team. o Follow up on delivery status and customer feedback.3. Lead Follow-Up o Call leads shared by the sales team and explain product offerings. o Note responses and schedule callbacks if required. 4. Record Keeping o Maintain accurate call records in Excel or apps provided. o Share daily call reports with the supervisor. 5. Team Coordination o Communicate with the warehouse, delivery, and sales team as needed. o Assist in resolving simple customer queries. Required Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduates preferred. Language Skills:o Marathi Fluent (Required) o Hindi Basic speaking o English Basic understanding Experience: Fresher to 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Skills:o Good voice tone and clarity o Basic Excel knowledge (preferred) o Confident and polite on phone
