As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your key responsibilities will include making cold calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about the products. You will also need to maintain call records and update the database with customer information. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. You should be able to handle rejection positively and have a customer-centric approach. Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required. A high school diploma and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
