We are searching for a FEMALE Telecaller Representative to be responsible for engagement with the customers over the phone. The responsibilities of a Telecaller Representative are:Handling Incoming calls & providing details for various services.Generating data for calling.Making Outbound calls for sales, lead generation & client support.Coordinating with the sales team about customer appointments.Coordinating promotional campaign activities through Emailers and SMSes for Services Promotions and Exhibitions Held.Call prospective clients & explain about the services.Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Excellent knowledge of English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Make Cold Calls To Customer.Handle Both Inbound/Outbound Calls.Fluency In Communication.Typing Speed Up To 35 WPM.
