− to take incoming calls to customers.
− to resolve the customers complaint & issues.
− to inform them about new products and services.
− to listen to objections and handle them effectively.
− to generate more good communication & call quality with customer satisfaction.
− to enter the details of every interaction in the system.
− to maintain login hours and punctuality.
key skills / competencies:
− basic computer knowledge,
− minimum 12th pass
− fluency in gujarati and hindi language
− should be interactive
− good communication skills
− must have decent typing speed (at least 15 wpm)
salary : inr /- ctc to /- ctc
shift timing: rotational shift

− to resolve the customers complaint.
− to inform them about new products and services.
− to listen to objections and handle them effectively.
− to generate more leads from the people out-called.
− to enter the details of every interaction in the system.
key skills / competencies:
− basic computer knowledge,
− minimum 12th pass
− fluency in gujarati and hindi language
− should be interactive
− good communication skills
− must have decent typing speed (at least 20 wpm)
salary: inr /- ctc to /- ctc
shift timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
