Role & responsibilities1. Risk Management Strategy: Develop and implement hedging strategies to manage financial risk related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodities.2. Market Analysis: Monitor financial markets to identify trends and potential risks.3. Analytics : Data Driven Decision making.4. Technology: Identifying opportunities to digitize processes and implementing digital tools and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.5. Performance Evaluation: Perform scenario analyses and stress tests to assess the potential impact of different market scenarios on the company's financial performance. Regularly assess the effectiveness of hedging strategies and adjust as necessary. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to risk management activities.6. Hedging Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive hedging strategies to safeguard the organization against various financial risks, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and commodity price volatility. Evaluate and select appropriate financial instruments, to execute hedging strategies effectively. Execute transaction at national & international exchanges and banks for commodities , bullions and foreign exchange7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of hedging and risk management professionals.8. Compliance: Ensure hedging activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Counter Party management, Signing of Agreements, Cash flow management9. Reporting: Provide regular reports on hedging activities and their effectiveness in risk mitigation.10. Cross Function Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, treasury, and other departments to integrate hedging strategies into overall financial planning. Facilitate communication and understanding of risk management principles across the organization.11. Conducting reviews 70%: Call the Participant & fix an appointment. Check the previous minutes. If you are meeting the client for the first time than read his data sheet also gathers information about his organization. Previous day call the client & confirmed the review. Conduct the review. Write the minutes Mail the minutes. Call participants & ask him about the progress. Filling his review minutes in the file. Writing down the common challenges faced by the participants, which can be discussed in the monthly meeting. Attending monthly meetings & sessions. Reading the minutes of monthly meetings & sessions. Check if the actionable are done. Revenue Generation 30%: Identifying the need while conducting review. Suggesting Or Selling product as per the need. Generating Revenue
