1. Processing Sales Transactions: Handle the documentation and processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all forms and agreements.2. Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the bank's CRM systems, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.3. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the front-line sales team, including generating reports, preparing sales presentations, and managing communication with clients.4. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the banks products and services to provide accurate information and assist in the sales process.5. Coordination Between Teams: Liaise with other departments such as compliance, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and resolve any issues promptly.6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in setting sales targets and strategies.7. Documentation Compliance: Ensure all sales-related documentation, including contracts and agreements, are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.8.
