Job Role & ResponsibilitiesThe role of a Conference Producer includes researching, creating and executing profitable business-to-businessconferences with the research and development of new and/or existing events.Carry out telephone research with senior executives to obtain detailed insight as to what the sub-industry needsto learnWrite a highly detailed, commercial technical or strategic agenda capturing exactly what the sub-industry wantsto learnPitch, invite and confirm executive level speakers from the leading companies within the sub industryOnsite management of the event on the day, including speaker and operations managementMUST HAVE for ProductionMasters degree or equivalentExcellent command of English and effective communication at all levels, by phone and face to face; stronglistening skillsConfident in cold-calling, generating leads and developing business primarily via telephoneCommercially aware and able to hold engaging conversations with senior executivesKPI driven, with a track record of meeting targets to strict deadlinesSelf-driven, motivated and highly career ambitious with a desire to succeedTime management skills and ability to multitaskEntrepreneurial flair, with a strong work ethosPrepared to work longer than normal office hours and travel PAN India
