(1)To ensure a dealer network in the assign territory. (2) Maintain & update database of all available customers. (3) Prepare daily MIS report & data related to sale. (4 ) Maintain relationship with Distributor key accounts. (5) Develop Business plan for new products. (6) Preparation of target & scheme for existing Distributors & Dealers.(7) Maintaining the teamwork to achieved targets to each month. (8) Responsibility of new dealer creation and maximizing distribution. (9) Identify competitors' activities and provide inputs to the Management. (10) To develop new customer under the brand name. (11) Follow up with customer feedback. (12) Follow up of dispatch planning (13) Follow up with clients regarding payments. (14) Co-ordination & follow up with the customer for their requirements. (15) Co-ordinate with the all departments to complete the development activities as per time plan. (16) Ensure timely and satisfactory of products to all the customers by keeping close liaison with them. (17) Follow up with accounts to close payment related various issues of customers. (18) To respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.(19) Responsible for Exhibition activities time to time and take approval from MD sir.
