They are also responsible for attracting potential customers by answering product and repair questions and suggesting information related to other products and services.Ticketing:- The Ticket Officer helps passengers in planning their trips. He/she answers the questions on travel arrangements like routes and time schedules. He/ she also hold the responsibility to make a reservation and confirm it.Baggage Claims:- An airport baggage handler is liable for loading the passengers luggage safely, unloading and carrying it at the airport.
