Job Title: Admission Counsellor / MobiliserOrganization: SSRDP Trust Art of Living FoundationLocation: All Across IndiaExperience Required: 3 5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout SSRDP Trust:Sri Sri Rural Development Programme (SSRDP) Trust, under the aegis of The Art of Living Foundation, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and communities through skill development, entrepreneurship, and livelihood programs.We collaborate with leading industry partners such as Schneider Electric, Bosch, NSDC, and others to provide high-quality training in various trades across India.Key Responsibilities:Student Mobilization & Outreach:Identify, engage, and mobilize potential candidates from local communities, educational institutions, and youth groups for SSRDPs skill development programs such as Solar Panel Installation, Industrial Automation, EV Technician, Mobile Repair, EDP, Assistant Electrician, Bosch Bridge Training, Digital Mitra, and others.Counselling & Admission Conversion:Counsel prospective students and parents on program benefits, course details, and career outcomes, ensuring smooth admission and enrollment processes.Field Campaigns & Awareness Drives:Organize and participate in job fairs, career guidance sessions, and community awareness events to promote SSRDPs training programs.Lead Management & Reporting:Generate leads, maintain student data records, follow up with inquiries, and submit daily/weekly reports on mobilization and admissions achieved.Coordination:Work closely with training centre coordinators, trainers, and placement teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and support during training.

ROLE OF POSITION The post holder will provide free professional advice and guidance to students interested in studying in the above mentioned countries. He / She will work to specific targets set by the Line Manager and his/her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated with a strong interest in marketing. MAIN DUTIES Advising potential students on education opportunities in the above mentioned countries Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the above mentioned countries. Assisting with activities to promote education institutions represented by the Company. Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of students counseled and applications sent to the specific country. Liaising with students, other offices and client institutions. To put together comprehensive business plan for running & opening training & coaching centers throughout India Undertaking project work as decided by the senior heads or the Director of Indian Operations. Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Graduation or Post Graduation in any field. Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling for the specified countries. SKILLS REQUIRED Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. Committed to work on long term Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language. An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds. Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students. Flexibility over working hours Strong IT skills.
