we collaborate with leading industry partners such as schneider electric, bosch, nsdc, and others to provide high-quality training in various trades across india.

key responsibilities:

student mobilization & outreach:

identify, engage, and mobilize potential candidates from local communities, educational institutions, and youth groups for ssrdp’s skill development programs such as solar panel installation, industrial automation, ev technician, mobile repair, edp, assistant electrician, bosch bridge training, digital mitra, and others.

counselling & admission conversion:

counsel prospective students and parents on program benefits, course details, and career outcomes, ensuring smooth admission and enrollment processes.

field campaigns & awareness drives:

organize and participate in job fairs, career guidance sessions, and community awareness events to promote ssrdp’s training programs.

lead management & reporting:

generate leads, maintain student data records, follow up with inquiries, and submit daily/weekly reports on mobilization and admissions achieved.

coordination:

work closely with training centre coordinators, trainers, and placement teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and support during training.
