we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic admission counsellor to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of - 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the edtech sector. this position is office-based and involves direct interaction with prospective students and their families to guide them through the admission process.

*key responsibilities:*

- engage with prospective students and their families to provide detailed information about our programs and offerings.

- assist students through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

- evaluate and analyze the needs and preferences of prospective students to provide personalized guidance and advice.

- collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- provide support for admission-related events and activities.

- stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the admission process.

*qualifications:*

- bachelor��s degree in a relevant field.

- minimum of 2 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably within the edtech industry.

- strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
